Touch-a-Truck!

These photos are from an event at a local park where kids can checkout various trucks. The lines were realy long just to get to sit in the truck but Evan had fun and he got a free hat.

Sunrise.

Here we are at Sunrise in MRNP. They just opened the road to Sunrise this weekend and we decided to go up for a little skiing. Well Evan Skied while we hiked.

Bumping Lake

About an hour and 15 minutes from the cabin on the eastern slopes of the cascades is a nice lake called Bumping Lake. The road to get there is a little bumpy. Here is Evan and Kaitlyn on a floating log with Carolyn looking on.Here is a shot from the other direction with the mountains in the background.

Evan decided to wear a bunch of shirts all at once. He has on about 6.

Indoor skiing!

Here are a few photos of Evan taking a lesson at Mini Mountain. It is a carpet on a conveyor belt for endless slopes. This should fill Evans need to ski until the snow returns.The carpet is a little less forgiving than snow but he is doing great. The leash is there so he doesn't shoot off the back when he stops.
